Spring is the perfect time to get those all important event dates in your diary. From the Grand National to Polo and the Henley Regatta, plan now for the best luxury champagne events!
The Henley Royal Regatta – 28th June – 2nd July
The best known regatta in the world is makes for a fabulous weekend out whether you’re a rower yourself, a rowing enthusiast, or if you’d just like to soak up the atmosphere with a luxury picnic on the lawns along the towpath. There’s plenty of opportunities to dress up with hospitality and enclosure tickets available. From champagne afternoon teas to dancing in some of the big club tents late into the evening, it’s a great time to get all your friends together and head for Henley-on-Thames.
Take a flutter on the Grand National – 5th April
It’s this coming weekend, so you’ve still got time to buy a fabulous outfit, and grab your tickets for the Aintree Racecourse. With Grand Opening Day tomorrow and a chance to shine and sink plenty of bubbles on Ladies Day (this Friday), the big race kicks off at 5.15pm on Grand National Day which is this Saturday. Pick your Grand National winner at William Hill and you might find you’ll be in for some real celebrating!
Cowes – 29th July – 5th August
A brilliant reason to head on over to the stunning Isle of Wight is Cowes Week. Running for a whole 7 days. As one of the longest running events in UK sporting history, you can catch the regatta sailing action every day. Registration is now open if you’re a keen sailor, or like us, you might just prefer to take in the action while swigging some fizz from the sidelines.
Chestertons Polo in the Park – 9th – 11th June
A thrilling event to really get the blood pumping, Polo in the Park takes place in the heart of London at the Hurlingham Club. A stylish event with plenty of pop up food stands, bars and champagne tents, there’s also a number of hospitality packages available, many including food, drinks and seating for the best view of the polo games.
Royal Ascot – 20th – 24th June
The infamous Royal Ascot is the place to be if you’re dressing to impress. With a strict dress code in place and VIP tickets available, each day sees prestigious races, the finest of horses competing and millions of pounds in prize money up for grabs. This year, there’s a new village enclosure offering al-fresco dining, bars and music. The fashion stakes are highest on Gold Cup Day (Thursday) with the Diamond Jubilee Stakes closing proceedings on the Saturday.
