Right Path Fitness offer motivated training sessions in groups of up to 4 which can also work out more cost-effective, while there’s also high energy daily fitness classes in Shoreditch. These full body workout and HIIT training classes are effective in blasting away body fat and making you strong and fit, while getting you toned and lean for summer so you can show off a body you’re proud of!
If you feel you’re better on a one-to-one basis, personal training session can be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis or in block bookings – whatever is best for you! Keith – A Former British and English National Champion athlete, who hones his skills regularly on new cutting edge fitness courses, implementing developments in biomechanics and science to help you achieve your goals more efficiently. He is also an expert in fat loss and lean muscle gain.
Maiken – Originally from Norway, with years of experience as a track trainer, training professional athletes. Maiken herself is a former track and field athlete and holds a personal trainer degree attained at the Norwegian School of Sports Science in Oslo. You can expect fun, challenging workouts, while she is also an expert in conditioning and nutrition.
Sercan – An accomplished Jiu-Jitsu expert who still competes regularly throughout the UK. Sercan, originally from Turkey, is a serious athlete and you can expect to benefit from the very highest standards of training and nutrition in his approach. With a proven track record in helping many clients achieve their fitness goals, you’ll be made to work hard to achieve those results with fresh and varied sessions which include Cross Fit, Strength and Conditioning, and HIIT.
Tamas – Another accomplished athlete having competed in track and field for more than 11 years. Having won a number of competitions and awards throughout his successful career, he has now retired from professional athletics, but still regularly competes in other sports including tennis, squash and football. Friendly and approachable, with an in-depth knowledge of fitness and a passion for training make Tamas the perfect personal trainer.
