After you’ve devoured the drinks, retire to the stunning dining room for a sumptuous special three course feast price at £75 pp which comes with an indulgent sharer dessert for you to cosy up with against a backdrop of live music. Lauren Duo and Florence Quintet will be on stage from 6.30pm – 10.30pm performing classics and modern hits.
100 Wardour Street
With an evening of live music from Deleelah Trio featuring contemporary and classic soul hits, 100 Wardour Street has hit the right note this Valentine’s Day with a performance 9. – 10.30pm, while there’s also a delicious menu to tickle your tastebuds including Colchester oysters, followed by dishes such as roasted duck breast or pea and shallot tortellini and red velvet chocolate lava cake for dessert. Cocktails especially concocted for Valentine’s Day include the ‘First Date’ with gin, lemon, orange and gingerbread syrup.
Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester
Treat your loved one this Valentine’s Day to a unique three Michelin starred experience at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet has created an enchanting five-course menu to mark this special day, available exclusively on the 14th February for dinner. Along with a glass of rosé Champagne, the menu (priced at £225 per person) features dishes such as ‘Hand-dived sea scallop, pumpkin and Jerusalem artichoke’, ‘Dry-aged beef, ‘Black tie’ of agria potato’ and to finish ‘A Heart For Two, chocolate / raspberry’, a dessert to share.
Alternatively, the Valentine’s menu can be enjoyed with a unique Dom Pérignon Experience (for two guests) of either, the 2009 Dom Pérignon Experience: £630 (Two Valentine’s day menus and one bottle 2009 Dom Pérignon Champagne) or the Dom Pérignon P2 Experience: £940 (Two Valentine’s day menus and one bottle of P2 Dom Pérignon Champagne).
To make the evening even more special, guests can book the most romantic table in London, Table Lumière. Cocooned by 4,500 shimmering lights, the semi-private table cleverly immerses guests in the buzz of the restaurant whilst dining in their own private, glimmering world. The Chelsea Harbour Hotel
Why not enjoy a romantic four course dinner on Valentine’s Day with a special dinner at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel including dishes like chicken liver and fois gras parfait served with port and red onion marmalade, warm brioche and shaved truffle and duck breast served with rainbow chard, potato mousseline and a chocolate fudge jus. Super (Sexy) Lyan
How very naughty! Basement Bar Super Lyan have partnered with boutique lingerie designer Rosie von Boschan for a special menu of tongue-in-cheek cocktails alongside a pop-up lingerie shop and nipple tassel making masterclasses. With erotic be-jewelled lingerie dripping in delicate beadwork, underwear is inspired by courtesans and enchantresses of bygone eras. Rosie will be exhibiting some of her couture items alongside affordable pieces available to buy. Meanwhile, General Manager Maja Jaworksa has created a series of Taste, Smell and Touch cocktails inspired by senses and arousal.
Head to St. James for a romantic offering from Avenue this Valentine’s Day. With a special menu for £60 pp, guests will be treated to modern Asian cuisine with a fiery South American twist. Dishes include spiced tuna tartare followed by gochujang marinated grilled rack of lamb, topped off with a romantic chocolate and black cherry frozen parfait. With dishes set against a backdrop of romantic, soulful music from Lifford Shillingford, you can also enjoy special cocktails like the South American-inspired Venezuelan Lover, and Asian-influenced Fell in Love with a Geisha.
Les 110 de Taillevent
This restaurant is seriously romantic! Be transported to France – the City of Love, while tantalising those tastebuds with a six course dinner and wine pairings from Head Chef Raphael Grima at Les 110 de Taillevent. Priced at £67 and available from 14th – 18th February (just incase you’ve got other plans on Valentine’s night), you’ll be tempted by the seasonsal duck foie-gras mi cuit served with clementine, pistachio and toasted brioche, scallops tartare served with apple, celeriac and watercress; John Dory, served steamed with shellfish and a tempting Champagne sabayon sauce and duck facon wellington served with turnips, carrot and orange. If you’re not indulging in the wine pairings (£55 Discovery, or £95 Prestige), don’t forget, there’s a whole 110 wines available by the glass!
Trafalgar St. James
Trafalgar St. James have partnered with Karen Mabon this Valentine’s to give away a night’s stay in the hotel along with a luxury pair of pyjamas . Guests dining in the restaurant will be entered into a prize draw to win the ultimate sleepover and what’s more, if you win, your Valentine’s Day dinner will also be covered. Diners at the Trafalgar Dining Rooms on Valentine’s Day night will be offered a specially curated four course menu featuring exquisite Mediterranean inspired dishes with a London twist. Confit pork belly with Israeli couscous, or stone bass with samphire and rasam broth will be followed by a lemongrass crème brulee or Labneh cheesecake with hazelnut and poached rhubarb. You can also indulge in special vodka based cocktails to compliment dinner including the ‘Mistress Emma’, named after Lord Nelson’s more notorious mistress. After dinner, head up to the romantic roof top to steal a kiss under the stars whilst taking in some spectacular views.

Avista at Millenium Mayfair Hotel
Impress your Valentine this February 14th at the Millenium Mayfair Hotel where a special seven course tasting menu will be offered at Avista along with canapes and a glass of Moët & Chandon to kick off the evening. Head Chef, Arturo Granato’s fresh, modern take on traditional Italian fare will allow guests to indulge in dishes like the lobster risotto served with smoked provola and ceps musrooms, succulent veal cheek, sweetbread, carrot and orange and black puff rice served with cod mousse. Round off dinner with pain d’épices with passion fruit and coffee texture followed by petit fours. Priced at £49.
With an enviously instagrammable outdoor area, Dalloway Terrace with its twinkly lights and frosted foliage is the perfect place to enjoy Valentine’s Day with a loved one! With a special menu available on Valentine’s night priced at £60, there will be a range of delicious dishes on offer including starters such as the 28-day dry-aged Aberdeen Beef Carpaccio, served with rocket and delectable freshly shaved truffle, while mains will include Pan Seared Cod with mussels and white wine velouté, Beef Wellington, or Homemade Gnocci with Stilton Cream. Share a Passionfruit and Strawberry Flamed Alaska dessert or Chocolate & Chilli Fondue.
Sure to set hearts fluttering this Valentine’s Day, The Arch is offering an exclusive romantic adventure with an immersive experience. Priced at £75, the five coure menu is available from 6pm on Friday 9, Saturday 10, Wednesday 14, Friday 16 and Saturday 17 February 2018. Including a cocktail, you’ll be treated to starter dishes like the pan fried scallops with grilled baby leeks, blood orange butter and toasted hazelnuts, or the duck and foiegras rillettes with Armagnac jelly, green beans, shallots and Champagne vinaigrette. Choose from main courses such as the poached fillet of halibut with herb gnocchi, slow roast tomatoes and oyster fritter with oyster and cucumber broth and the grilled Dedham Vale beef fillet with ratatouille, pesto glazed Portobello mushroom, and balsamic reduction. Watch out for sensory surprises which come with dessert – you can expect decadent offering likes the dark chocolate soufflé with salted caramel ice cream and hot chocolate sauce, or rose petal and buttermilk pannacotta with almond shortbread. For an extra special night, wind down for the evening in the comfort of one of The Arch London’s rooms or suites from £433.
Love is most definitely in the air at The Ampersand Hotel in South Kensingon with a romantic twist on Afternoon Tea which has been inspired by its neighbour – The Science Museum. The Science of Love experience will include heart-shaped biscuits, mini meringues with fresh strawberries and a special ‘Love Elixier’ mocktail. The Science of Love Afternoon Tea will be available from 12-18 February at £37.50 pp, or £49.00 pp with a glass of Charles Heidsieck Rosé champagne.
Meanwhile, indulge in Apero’s new sharing menu with six small plates for just £29 pp with dishes like the Iberico ham croquettas with tarragon and orange dipping sauce and merguez sausage
potatas bravas with spicy aioli. Larger dishes include burrata and heritage tomato salad, Wye Valley asparagus, parmesan crisp and truffled asparagus purée, gambas al ajillo (garlic spiced prawns), suckling pig lasagne with mustard béchamel and rich Bolognese sauce served on handmade pappardelle.

Dine at one of London’s most romantic restaurants this Valentine ‘s Day – the Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle where Jeff Galvin has come up with a delightful three course menu making for a romantic and memorable dining experience. Guests will be treated to Champagne to start and handmade chocolates and macaroons to finish. Priced at £125pp.
The Valentines Doggy Brunch at M Victoria
Now here’s a date with a difference! Doggie treats for your four legged pooch are available from M Victoria on Saturday 17th February with a cookery masterclass to learn how to cook for your dog with Exec Chef Michael Reid, followed by lunch and a game of Doggy Speed Dating midday until 2pm! Owners will get the opportunity to be photographed in the ‘Pooch Love Seat’ after a two course lunch, or eat with them on the special Six Legs Menu! The Athenaeum Hotel and Residences
Michelin-star chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin have designed a gourmet menu for the ultimate romantic dinner this Valentine’s at Galvin at The Athenaeum. With a decadent four course menu on offer, dishes include marinated Loch Duart salmon, Goosnargh duck breast and salted caramel valrhona chocolate tart with pistachio ice cream. The menu priced at £50pp also includes a glass of Ayala Brut Majeur, NV Champagne. Showing some extra love, the Athenaeum will also be offering diners who visit the restaurant between the 10th and 14th of February, the chance to win an overnight weekend stay in one of the hotel’s luxurious suites complete with a bottle of Champagne on arrival, full English breakfast, chocolate dipped strawberries, rose petal turndown, and a late check out.
Enjoy traditional dishes on the Italian Riviera this Valentine’s with Chucs, Westbourne Grove. Start with a special Ketel One vodka based cocktail and dine in decadent surroundings with a delicious menu on offer.

In honour of St. Valentine, Executive Pastry Chef Sarah Barber has created a special rose scented menu for a Diptyque Afternoon Tea at Hotel Cafe Royal. Diners will receive a special Rose candle during their midday experience,while extra lucky diners will be given the Rose Delight limited edition candle. Priced at £45 per person, or £55 paired with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Rosé Champagne, Valentine’s Diptyque Afternoon Tea with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Rosé Champagne and a 190g Rose candle is priced at £75. Available 12th-18th February 11.30-7.30pm daily.
Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill Masterclasses
Shuck with the best of ’em on Saturday 10th February at Bentley’s as master oyster shucker Helio Garzon will hold a masterclass for you to learn valuable tips when it comes to serving the ultimate aphrodisiac (£65). Meanwhile, the Seafood Cookery Class on the 17th February will cover Irish classics – the perfect alternative to a candle lit dinner (£250pp). There will also be a three course set menu available on the day itself including dishes like Lobster Lasagne, Oysters and Dover Sole with lobster and Scallops with blood orange and salsify served in The Grill and priced at £85.
The menu sounds divine – a Spanish six course feast at aqua nueva this Valentine’s includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival, Guijuelo Iberian Ham, crystal bread and Arbequina olive oil, Hand dived scallop ceviche with cucumber, avocado and black caviar and Galician beef fillet with pan fried ceps and chimichurri salsa… and that’s just a taster! £80pp available on Valentine’s Day only.
How about dinner for two at the chef’s table in the Kitchen Library at Corrigan’s Mayfair with a five course tasting menu while watching the chefs hard at work! Bookable during Valentine’s Week with a minimum spend of £500. Restaurant diners can also enjoy a romantic meal with five course tasting menu for £120pp (£90pp extra for wine pairings) including canapes and petits fours as well as dishes like the Venison tartare, Wild turbot and Spiced Mallard and more.
Indulge in a Japanese style Valentine’s Day menu aqua kyoto priced at £80pp for an 8 course feast. The menu includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival and dishes such as seasonal sashimi, omakase with fresh wasabi; yuzu, shiso lobster tempura and wasabi sauce and Wagyu sirloin, black garlic fermented butter with caramlised miso onions. Royal Lancaster London
With a romantic makeover, guests at the Royal Lancaster London can enjoy a delicious Royal Afternoon Tea with a loveable twist. With wild mushroom and truffle arancini tarts, sesame seeded choux buns filled with blushing tomato and fragrant basil and a selection of sandwiches, there’ll be sweet treats like the raspberry ripple marshmallow tarts; strawberries and cream Viennese swirls, and amaretto lollipops. With love in the air, there’s a special set menu at the Island Grill with three delicious courses including crispy Gressingham duck salad, pan-fried sea bass, roasted fig, pine nut and cherry-wood smoked cheese tart, dark chocolate fondant and Strawberry panna cotta. With romantic views across Hyde Park and dramatic floor to ceiling windows, Island Grill is a great setting in which to impress your Valentine! Available 7-20 February and priced at £47.50 pp including a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne or £53.50 pp including a glass of Moët & Chandon Rose Champagne.
What could be more romantic than dinner at aqua shard – 31 floors up with stunning views of the London skyline? The bespoke Valentine’s menu will include seared Portknockie scallops, fillet of Hereford beef wellington to share with heritage carrots, rainbow kale drizzled in a shallot and tarragon jus and a deconstructed black forest. Teaming up luxury leather goods designer Aspinal, Aqua Shard will be offering a stylish card holder in black or red to those who order the Valentine’s menu, while a dedicated embosser will be on hand on the night to personalise gifts. Dinner costs£85 pp including four courses and a glass of Ruinart Rose Champagne on arrival; or £95 pp including the Aspinal card holder. Guests will also have the chance to book the Ultimate Valentine’s Day Package including personalised menu, leather Red Velvet Lottie bag (ladies) or Mount Street Bag (gentlemen), and an overnight stay at the Shangri-La hotel.
Atul Kochhar’s Valentine’s offering at Benares deserves some serious love! Priced at £115 per person, the menu includes a glass of organic Drappier Champagne on arrival and handmade chocolates to take home. The six course tasting menu will start with pan-seared scallop and spiced root veg, and includes chargrilled Scottish salmon, tandoori lamb cutlets and slow-roasted rump of British lamb. All lucky ladies on the night will receive a romantic luxury red rose and hand made chocs to indulge in, while there’s also a two and three course set menu from £61 pp also.
What’s not to love at Sexy Fish this Valentine’s Day? With the Fat Tony DJ Brunch and the Sekushi Amour set menu, you’ll get to enjoy scallop and caviar, beef tataki and watercress, avocado, pink shrimp and coconut and caramelised beef sirloin and miso to name just a few. Guests who opt for the delightful menu will also receive a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot vintage. Going all out, Sexy Fish will be decked out with love inspired decorations including a neon light installation, along with red heart balloons to fill the room.
